Refunds for purchases within the Safer Spy website shall be governed by the refund policy provided on this page.

Please read this refund policy carefully before making any purchase on the site. It determines your rights with respect to purchases made within the Safer Spy website, including essential restrictions and exclusions.


If you experience technical issues with Safer Spy that cannot be fixed by our customer support, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.

Refund Conditions

Subject to applicable law and the conditions of this refund policy, you may be eligible to receive a refund for your purchase, provided the reasons do not contradict the conditions of the refund policy outlined below..

A user will not be issued a refund if their reasons for the refund are completely outside of Safer Spy’s control. They include, but are not limited to:

1. A target cell phone does not have Internet access (no money in the target cell’s account, temporary service interruption, roaming problem, etc.);

2. The device or the target has updated the mobile operating system;

3. A target cell phone has been reset to its original factory settings (formatting);

4. A user does not follow the installation instructions received by our support team;

5. A user does not accept technical assistance from support;

6. A user does not have physical access to the target cell phone or has forgotten the password to unlock it;

7. Personal reasons (I changed my mind, I made a purchase by mistake, The Software was not used, etc.);

8. Safer Spy Software has been unlinked or damaged by antivirus software, device owner or other services.


In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider permitted by us) in connection with the purchase of any subscription plan(s), you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us.

Account reactivation is processed at our discretion and only upon receipt of the unpaid purchase(s).

If you are within the refund policies and as described on this page, we will process your refund without any problems.
