1. The Safer Spy Site and Software should only be used in these cases:

I. For the purpose of parental control;

II. By employers to control the devices they own and which are operated by their employees;

III. By the user on their own device;

IV. By the user with the consent of the device owner.

2. To subscribe to Safer Spy you must first perform the 48-hour free trial, installing the application on the target device and verifying that it meets your expectations;

3. By providing your payment information when purchasing the app, you are aware that Safer Spy does not collect this information, it is the Payment Provider that receives the payment details;

4. Safer Spy does not have access to any data and personal content of your account, only the panel user (you) has access to this information through the registration carried out in the installation of the application;

5. You will not use the Site or Service in violation of any laws to which you are subject. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Safer Spy is not responsible for your access to or use of the Software;

6. You understand that you need physical access to a device to install the Software;

7. You agree that Safer Spy is in no way responsible for installing the Software on a target device.
